Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in code

Check spam or promotions, then tap Use a different email and send a new one. Codes expire after a short time; always use the newest email.

How do I join my crew?

Ask a crew owner or admin to tap Invite on the crew screen and send you the link. Open it on your iPhone, or paste it into Join a crew.

A score is wrong

Open the round, tap Enter scores, go to the hole and fix it. If someone else changed it at the same time, the app shows their value so nobody's edit is lost.

Do side games involve money?

No. Side games are tallied in points for bragging rights. Loop19 never handles money.

Notifications

Turn round updates on or off in Settings → Notifications. If you declined at first, allow them in iOS Settings → Loop19 → Notifications.

Delete my account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
